Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Fulfillment Worker with no prior experience required, you complete fully paid on-the-job training before working independently inside our fulfillment center — learning every method step by step from a certified UPS trainer who stays with you through your entire qualification period until you are confident, accurate, and ready to operate at full production pace.

• Paid On-The-Job Training: Begin earning your full hourly wage from your very first shift while a certified UPS trainer demonstrates every fulfillment method — safe lifting, label reading, load sequencing, and scanner operation — before you are ever asked to perform any task unsupervised.
• Scanner Operation Fundamentals: Learn to operate UPS handheld scanners to track inbound package receipt, confirm sort accuracy, and document load completion — simple, intuitive technology that most new associates master within their first two to three shifts without prior tech experience.
• Sort & Load Method Mastery: Build the sorting speed and load quality habits that define a skilled UPS fulfillment worker — skills that develop naturally through repetition during your training period and sharpen into genuine expertise within your first 30 to 60 days on the floor.
