Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a UPS Warehouse On-Road Training Associate, you onboard and develop new package center associates during their initial training period, demonstrating UPS-approved work methods, safety protocols, and performance standards one-on-one on the active sort floor inside our package center.
- New Hire Method Training: Walk new associates through UPS's standard work methods for their assigned function — loading, sorting, or unloading — demonstrating correct techniques in real-time on the live belt and verifying new hire comprehension through observed practice repetitions.
