Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Seasonal Warehouse Loader, you join our package center operation during the November-through-January peak window, building package car loads at high volume during the most critical delivery season of the year. Every package you load is a holiday gift heading to a real family — the stakes make the work genuinely meaningful.

• High-Volume Peak Loading: Build package car loads during the holiday surge at volumes significantly above normal season levels, maintaining UPS load quality standards even as throughput targets reach their annual maximum during the weeks surrounding Black Friday and Christmas.
• Overtime Availability: Accept voluntary and mandatory overtime during critical peak days — Cyber Week, pre-Christmas, and post-holiday return season — generating a substantially larger seasonal paycheck than standard-hour seasonal roles provide.
