What Our Team Says (Employee Reviews)
"Irregs is not for everyone but it is absolutely for me. Every shift is different — one day you are moving a 200-pound generator, the next day it is a set of golf clubs and a kayak. UPS trained me on team lifting, mechanical assist devices, and pallet jack operation from day one. The premium pay over standard handler rates is very real, and the team we have built in Irregs is the tightest crew in the entire building." - Current Irregs Handler, Louisville, KY.
Role Overview & Responsibilities

- Manual Load Building: Load irreg packages into designated outbound trailer positions by hand, using creative load-building techniques to maximize trailer cube while protecting fragile oversized items like televisions and artwork.
