Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Seasonal Fulfillment Worker, you join our fulfillment center operation during the November-through-January holiday peak window, executing high-volume sort and load functions at the most demanding pace of the calendar year — processing the holiday gifts and e-commerce orders that millions of families are counting on to arrive on time.

• Peak-Volume Sort Execution: Process dramatically elevated holiday package volumes across assigned sort functions — sorting belts, trailer loading, or inbound unloading — at throughput rates significantly above normal-season levels while maintaining UPS accuracy and safety standards without exception.
• Overtime Capture: Accept voluntary and mandatory overtime hours during the highest-volume peak days — Cyber Week, pre-Christmas, and post-holiday return surge — substantially increasing your seasonal paycheck beyond what standard hours alone generate.
