Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Overnight Warehouse Associate with no prior experience needed, you will be fully trained on your first shift and supported by experienced team leads throughout your entire qualification period inside our package center. Overnight shifts typically run 10:30 PM to 3:30 AM, leaving your entire day free.

• Paid On-The-Job Training: From your very first shift, a UPS-certified on-job trainer walks beside you, demonstrating every method step by step — no prior experience required, no knowledge assumed, no worker left to figure it out alone.
• Package Sorting & Loading: Learn to read destination routing labels and sort packages onto the correct outbound belts and package cars, building speed and accuracy with each shift until you hit full production rate within your qualification window.
• Safety Method Mastery: UPS's injury-prevention training is among the most comprehensive in the industry — your trainer teaches proper lifting, lowering, and equipment interaction techniques before you handle a single package unsupervised.
