These are UPS warehouse jobs with real union muscle behind them.
What Our Team Says (Employee Reviews)
"Loading package cars is an art form. Once you learn the load quality methods and you can walk your driver out clean every morning, there is a huge sense of pride in that. UPS invested in my training, the union protects my pay and benefits, and the Earn & Learn program is helping me finish my degree while I work. This is more than just a warehouse job." - Current Warehouse Loader, Memphis, TN.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a UPS Warehouse Loader, you are responsible for loading outbound package cars in precise delivery sequence order every shift. Your accuracy directly determines how efficiently the UPS driver can execute their route, making load quality a point of personal pride and operational importance.

- Irreg Handling: Identify and properly position irregular-sized packages (irresgs), oversized items, and hazardous material packages per UPS compliance guidelines within the package car.
