Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Seasonal Driver, you operate a UPS package car during the November-through-January peak holiday window, delivering gifts and packages to residential customers and small businesses across your assigned route — no CDL required, full training provided before your first solo day on the road.

• Seasonal Package Car Operation: Drive a company-provided UPS package car across an assigned residential delivery route during the holiday peak, completing 80 to 180 stops per day depending on route density and daily volume levels.
• Holiday Customer Experience: Deliver packages to excited holiday recipients with the professionalism and care that the UPS brand demands — every package is a gift to a real family, and seasonal drivers represent UPS at the most emotionally meaningful delivery moments of the year.
• Overtime Capture: Accept available overtime hours during Black Friday, Cyber Week, and pre-Christmas peak days to maximize your seasonal earning potential above the standard daily stop count.
