• Network Performance Analysis: Query the UPS Teradata Enterprise Data Warehouse using SQL to extract route-level performance data — on-time delivery percentage, stops-per-car-hour, cost-per-package, misload rate, and driver overallowed time — aggregating results at the center, district, and region level and identifying performance outliers that warrant targeted operational investigation by the industrial engineering or dispatch management teams.
