Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Driver with no prior experience required, you complete UPS's comprehensive paid driver training program before operating a package car independently — covering vehicle operation, safety methods, customer service standards, and DIAD device use in a structured environment that prepares every new driver for success on their first solo day.

• Paid Driver Training Program: Complete UPS's multi-week driver training curriculum — including classroom safety instruction, supervised vehicle operation, and accompanied route observation days — fully paid from your first day of training through your first solo route assignment.
• Method-Based Delivery Execution: Apply UPS's proven delivery methods on every stop — safe vehicle positioning, proper package handling, correct entry and exit technique — building the habits that keep drivers safe and efficient across a decades-long career.
